During Labor, I offer continuous coaching, physical support & emotional support to help you navigate the stages of labor. I offer you peace, education and tools to ease pain, sink-in and trust your body's immaculate design to birth.

  • Support in home, birth center or hospital births
  • Comfort measures; Counterpressure, Massage therapy, fascia release, rebozo techniques, nourishment (food & drink), movement, and repositioning.
  • Internal rotation of baby: Getting mama moving and positioning to help baby turn and come down through the pelvis by coaching and guiding her.
  • Informed consent regarding your care and possible interventions.
  • Birth plan: Advocating for delayed cord-clamping, skin to skin, or breatfeeding when you cannot verbalize your wishes (during contractions or sleep)
  • Emotional support for partners to prevent burnout, build confidence supporting you and advocating for your desired birth plan. (such as if you refuse cervical checks, pulling the placenta or coached pushing)
  • Confidence that you have chosen a care team that will support the birth you desire, knowing your non-negotiables and provided tools to help baby get into positon.

Postpartum Care

Postpartum is a tender time full of emotional ups and downs and navigating it as a new parent or even with other little children is challenging. Having a doula to care for you and reassure how amazing you are doing can make such a difference in healing postpartum.

I offer additional postpartum hours outside of the birth doula package so I can help you meal prep, assist in infant cares, provide massage therapy and unique support for you!

Postpartum support:

  • Lactation support & referrals - latch, schedule, pumping, ect.
  • Infant cares - bottle feeds or lactation schedule follow through during the night, diapering, swaddling and wearing
  • Light housekeeping - dishes, laundry, making the space feel tidy
  • Meal prep - (preferably before baby's arrival) so you can have many frozen meals, sweets and snacks on hand for postpartum
  • Physical and emotional support
