Birth Support - $850
Two prental visits, text/call support, unlimited birth support & eight hours of postpartum care.
- Home, birth center or hospital births
- Comfort measures; Counterpressure, Massage therapy, fascia release, rebozo techniques, nourishment (food & drink), movement, and repositioning.
- Internal rotation of baby: Getting mama moving and positioning to help baby turn and come down through the pelvis by coaching and guiding her.
- Birth plan: Advocating for delayed cord-clamping, skin to skin, or breatfeeding when you cannot verbalize your wishes (during contractions or sleep)
- Emotional support for Dads & Family
Postpartum Care - $25/hr
Postpartum is a tender time full of emotions, physical pain and fatigue. As your doula, I can help you heal through holistic practices to bring you good health and comfort.
I offer additional postpartum hours outside of the birth doula package so I can help you meal prep, assist in infant cares, provide massage therapy and unique support for you!
Postpartum support:
- Lactation support & referrals - latch, schedule, pumping, ect.
- Infant cares - bottle feeds or lactation schedule follow through during the night, diapering, swaddling and baby-wearing.
- Light housekeeping - dishes, laundry, making the space feel cozy
- Meal prep - Frozen meals, sweets and snacks on hand for postpartum.
- Encourage the 5-5-5 rule: 5 days in the bed, 5 days on the bed, 5 days near the bed.
