Birth Support - $1050
Two prental visits, text/call support, unlimited birth support & eight hours of postpartum care.
- Home, birth center or hospital births
- Comfort measures; Counterpressure, Massage therapy, fascia release, rebozo techniques, nourishment (food & drink), movement, and repositioning.
- Birth planning: Preparing a birth plan prenatally and advocating for your birth wishes
- Emotional support for Dads & Family
Postpartum Care - $25-30/hr
Postpartum is a tender time full of emotions, physical pain and fatigue. As your doula, I can provide nighttime or daytime doula care to care for you and your baby.
- Lactation support & referral - I can support you with latch and breastfeeding information. If we notice there is a problem with latch or supply, I will refer you to an amazing IBCLC who can address your concerns
- Infant cares - diapering, swaddling, infant massage, following sleep & feed routine with mom
- Light housekeeping - dishes, laundry, and help cleaning up the space.
- Encouraging Mom to rest: 5 days in the bed, 5 days on the bed, 5 days near the bed
- Meal prep - I encourage whole foods that are healing, warming and easy to digest such as soups, pouridge, iron-rich meals and one-handed snacks. I can cook anything you like!
